Ms. Sonja Denise Chewning Cook, age fifty two, a resident of Fort Towson, Oklahoma, died Monday, December 31, 2018, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born August 11, 1928 in the city of Layer, England to Alfred and Winifred Page Curtis.

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, John Edward McKinley went to that residence prepared for him by Jesus. John was 88 years old when he passed at house together with his family by his facet. He was born to Russell and Alice Camille Arnold McKinley on November 26, 1930 in De Queen on Thanksgiving Day. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lockesburg. Mrs. Verna Austin Sharp Kreider, age seventy nine, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas, died Saturday, July 7, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. He was preceded in death by his nice grandfather, Charles Chandler; great grandmother, Louise Byrd; and his aunt, Julie Winton. The family will maintain a private memorial service at a later time. She was born September 9, 1954 in Dierks to Lyndell and Nora Eudy Hutchison. She was a retired nurse for Tyson’s, and a member of the Holly Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
